Our highly certified and well-maintained facilities have vertically integrated all systems in-house. Moreover, we have established consistent manufacturing philosophies with dedicated production teams by brand.  Dedicated production teams maintain an understanding of brand expectations providing continuity and helping to expedite manufacturing processes.

Our pre-press, printing, converting, and hand-assembly processes are all handled in our facilities, so you get the highest quality packaging with every order. Our state-of-the-art facilities in Dongguan and Shanghai, China, are staffed with over 1600 employees during peak periods. Along with modern and advanced prepress capabilities, our plants are equipped with seven and eight-color Heidelberg sheet-fed presses, a gravure press, fully automated converting equipment, with automated and hand-assembly lines. New Island Dongguan is a 48,000-sq.m. facility located in Guangdong and is close to the vast and established Mainland China railway system with highway links to Hong Kong and other major cities in China.  New Island Shanghai is a 20,000-sq.m. facility that specializes in packaging processes such as custom holograms, security printing techniques, and online computer-controlled register systems.  Both factories are certified to produce food and confectionery, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic packaging.
